Amitabh Bachchan roamed Delhi incognito, now he walks the memory lane

Amitabh Bachchan’s shoot in Delhi for Shoojit Sircar’s production, Pink, is turning out to be quite an adventure. The Bollywood superstar walked on the streets of the national capital recently without being recognised, thanks to make-up and a training mask. The megastar said on his blog that he’s glad for the “masked wonders” and appreciates the “oblivion” state.

On Sunday, he was back with more update from his Delhi diaries. He posted two images from Pink’s shoot which shows him in the garb of a lawyer and on a court premises. His blog post also put his location in the New Delhi area. “I drove past my Delhi home when we did not have our own in Gulmohar Park .. it was 13, Willingdon Crescent .. and now its Mother Teresa Crescent .. of those very bitingly cold winter mornings and the rising up to run for stamina and strength down the Crescent till the Estate of the President and back .. used to be a most warming adventure despite the cold ..,” Big B wrote.

He had earlier written about the film’s name: “There is many a speculation that the name of the film on shoot in Delhi under Shoojit Sircar is named Eve...wrong! There is no title yet, but we shall have one soon... Till then, it’s just a film under Shoojit’s banner.”

Bollywood superstar enjoys a moment of solitude amid the elements.

The film is directed by National Award-winning Bengali director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, who is stepping into Hindi movies with the project. Sircar, who had also produced Bengali film Aparajita Tumi, helmed by Chowdhury, is the creative producer of the film. The film also stars Tapsee Punnu.
