He was jailed for three years and nine months after being found guilty of three offences at Harrow Crown Court earlier this month.
Fiberesima was first arrested in September 2008 when police found stolen chequebooks, a stun gun and a can of tear gas at his flat in Brondesbury, north west London.
Fiberesima, who also claimed to be friends with the cast of Australian soap Home and Away, spent seven years living under a false name in Australia before returning to Britain last August.

After receiving an anonymous tip that he was back in London, detectives used Fiberesima's model credentials to set up an elaborate ruse that lead to his arrest.
An officer posing as a scout from decoy company WOU Photography (Wanted Offenders Unit) phoned the agency Fiberesima had signed with, claiming he was looking for a swimsuit model.
Fiberesima was arrested at the door when he arrived for the casting in Kentish Town, north London.
He was convicted for two counts of theft, two counts of making a false representation and possessing an offensive weapon earlier this month.
As well as the charges he was supposed to face at trial he pleaded guilty to three counts of making false representation and one count of possessing a prohibited weapon.

A model agency profile described him as a gifted rapper who was 'crowned UK Underground rap battle champion 11 times'.
He also claimed to be a rags-to-riches success story and turned his alleged experiences into a self-help book, 'Roky's Power Gain 50: Become Geppetto', which was published online last July.
In a blurb on Amazon he claimed: 'My story is straight forward. I grew up in government housing and have been for 80 per cent of my life.
'I am now worth seven figures at age 26. I used my in depth knowledge of power to change my fortunes.
'317 Millionaires created from readings [sic] within this book. I am now touring the world teaching seminars. In this book I reveal the skill and technique I used to increase my power.
'Power is an art form and I teach you how to be masters of it. If you are already on top, this book will teach you how to stay there.
'If you in the middle or at the bottom like I was, then this book will shoot you straight to the top.'

The last tweet from his Twitter profile, posted last December, his 'management' told followers he was going 'away'.
It said: 'To all: Roky's in the 5% of rappers that can genuinely be described as 'real' so as is life he'll be 'away' til' further notice #management.'
Fiberesima was found guilty of the offences at Harrow Crown Court on Wednesday, 6 May.
Detective Inspector Pete Wallis of Brent CID said: 'There is clear message here, that we will not forget you if you offend, and we will explore all options in tracing you and bringing you to justice.
'Mr Fiberesima used false identities to evade capture for five years and developed a very public persona in Australia and internationally as a rap artist and model.
'Thankfully he is now paying for his crimes, due to the perseverance of Brent's Wanted Offenders Unit.'
