A former model who has DD size breast
implants in her buttocks is relieved to find two plastic surgeons who
are willing to operate on her misshapen rear end after a botched surgery
in Mexico left her with a butt that twerks on its own.
On tonight’s episode of E! reality series Botched, Jana
Stoner, from Garden Grove, California, asks doctors Terry Dubrow and
Paul Nassif to rectify the physical appearance of her buttocks while
ensuring that her body keeps ‘its curve’. But after asking Jana to shake
her bum to determine how loose the implants are, Dr Dubrow realizes he
has his work cut out for him.
‘Jana’s butt implants are so big that when
she twerks her buttock implants twerk independently of herself,’ he
explains in a preview clip. ‘They have their own zip code.’

are amazed that Jana can move each implant individually with her muscles
And Dr Dubrow is even more amazed that Jana is also able to use her muscles to move each butt implant independently.
‘It’s interesting that she can control
each one individually,’ he tells Dr Nassif, who is growing increasingly
uncomfortable with Dr Dubrow’s behavior during the consultation.
‘I am very serious in front of my
patients,’ Dr Nassif tells the cameras. ‘So a lot of this stuff is
inappropriate – for me that is. Terry loves it all.’
While the doctors asses the size of Jana’s
silicone buttock implants, which they explain are 650cc each, the
former model is thrilled that someone is willing to take on her case.

‘It has been a big obstacle in my life,’ she says. ‘I am so relieved that somebody is willing to operate on my a**.’
Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif conclude that when
it is all said and done, Jana is going to need a buttock lift, which
will end up leaving her with a scar that will remove most, if not all,
of her tattoo on her lower back – which she admits will be an added
bonus of undergoing the procedure.
‘I don’t like this tattoo anyway, so you can just go ahead a take that puppy right off,’ she tells them.
But Jana isn’t the only one who shows off her twerking skills during the appointment.

The former model’s grandmother reveals
that she used to have a ‘fantastic’ bottom before she explains: ‘I quit
smoking and it all went to hell’.
And much to Dr Nassif’s chargrin, Dr
Dubrow encourages the senior citizen to shake her own booty for the
doctors, while Jana notes: ‘That’s where I got it from.’
Meanwhile, Mo Thugs rapper Guillermo ‘Big Caz’ Eiland finds himself asking the doctors to rectify his case of ‘man boobs’.
Guillermo’s former steroid addiction
caused gynecomastia, a condition that causes female breasts to form on a
man’s body. After a botched chest surgery left him with sagging breast
tissue, he is looking to the doctors for help.

‘This is a guy who is used to getting up
on stage and ripping off his shirt and feeling great about himself, but
he has got a lot of loose skin, so we have to figure out how to remove
that loose skin without leaving unsightly scars,’ Dr Dubrow explains of
the star’s pectorals.
It soon becomes clear to Dr Dubrow that
Guillermo needs a breast reduction that will leave him with scars around
his areola – and possibly across his chest.
Tonight’s episode also features
an appearance from Jordan James Parke, the British make-up artist who
has spent more than $100,000 on plastic surgery to make him look more
like his idol Kim Kardashian now that surgically enhanced lips are
leaking filler.
Jordan, who openly admits that he is
addicted to fillers, says he eventually found a doctor who was willing
to overplump his lips. But now he is turning to Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif
for help after his lips have sprung a leak.
‘I’m worried if they keep leaking I’m going to end up with small lips again,’ he explains.
