Singer and songwriter Pharrell Williams has listed his Miami condo for sale priced at $10.9million.
The 42-year-old is selling his extravagant penthouse in Brickell, which spans more than 9,000 square feet, after buying it for $12.5million in 2007.
The two-story property has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a three-story living room featuring an elegant staircase as well as Family Guy art and Pharrell's interview by Michael Jackson adorning the walls.
Located right on the waterfront, it also boasts 360-degree views over the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.
Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the entire apartment – and are capped off with a translucent dome.
There’s also a rooftop terrace with pool, an outdoor barbecue area as well as a home theater complete with red leather seats.
